  17.      _a_i_f_f_2_a_i_f_f_c is a command-line program which reads an AIFF digital audio
  18.      input file, and copies the header information and sample data to an
  19.      AIFF-C digital audio output file.

  21.      The output file will contain copies of all the AIFF chunks in the
  22.      original input file. The chunks may not appear in exactly the same order
  23.      as in the original file. The sample data in the AIFF-C output file will
  24.      not be compressed.

  26.      If the input AIFF file parses correctly, and the output file is written
  27.      with no errors, _a_i_f_f_2_a_i_f_c returns 0. If there is an error, _a_i_f_f_2_a_i_f_c
